1. Nature of this website

This website provides general information about the mentorship practice of ASA College Advisory. Nothing on this site constitutes educational, legal, financial or professional advice, and no advisory relationship is created by visiting the site or submitting an application.

2. Applications and consultations

Submitting an application does not guarantee a consultation or acceptance into the mentorship. Consultations are offered at our discretion. The consultation carries no obligation on either side. The fee structure is discussed during the consultation and set out in full in the engagement agreement, which governs any subsequent mentorship.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Admission decisions rest solely with universities and schools. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, employment or any particular outcome. Statements on this site describe process and commitment, not results.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, the ASA College Advisory name and logo, and the Blueprint method materials — is the property of ASA College Advisory and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through the application form.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under UK and EU consumer protection law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
